Quantum Caring Leadership: Bridging the Gap Between Present and Future Brief Description: World-renowned nursing theorist Jean Watson, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, FAAN, LL (AAN) will serve as keynote speaker at the 2024 Unitek Learning Nursing Symposium. The event will focus on the impact of caring attributes on nursing leadership. At the event, Dr. Watson will expound on her theory of caring principles (Caritas™) and the reigniting of the light of caring within health systems, education, leadership, and profession practice. A dynamic plenary session with Nursing Executive Leaders from the community will directly follow the keynote address with lunch to follow.
